Student Participation
Congratulations on being selected as a scholarship recipient for the 2023-2024 academic year. The University asks that you participate in the stewarding of your scholarship donor by providing our office with a "thank you" letter for your scholarship(s) and possibly attending a donor event. If you have received scholarship funding in previous years, you are asked to participate in these tasks each year for which you receive this scholarship aid.
Annual Scholarship Reception
Each fall semester we host an annual scholarship reception. You will be notified via email if and when your donor RSVPs to attend. We ask that every student who is invited makes every effort to attend. If there is a work or class conflict, we appreciate students speaking with their supervisors and professors in advance, an arrangement can often be made to attend some portion of the evening due to the importance of the event.
Scholarship Recipient Profiles
The Office of Donor Relations is tasked with providing an annual report to each scholarship donor, informing or updating them on the student recipient(s) of their fund. Included in the report is a profile from each student recipient. These profiles are incredibly valuable in our stewardship process, and positively impacts our future fundraising efforts.
