Madison Eady ’13, Director, Prospect Management and Research

Madison Eady joined University Advancement in June 2021. In her current role, she serves as a part of a team assigned to frontline fundraisers, participating in regular portfolio review and prospect strategy sessions and identifying opportunities for maximum optimization of portfolios.

Eady brings more than eight years of experience in prospect management and research from LACMA, where she monitored contact and solicitation activity, assisted fundraising teams in developing prospect strategies, and created analytical reports to aid in portfolio management. She organized database wealth screenings, produced tiered prospect lists for qualification, and presented new major and principal gift prospects for assignment. She also oversaw and contributed to the completion of more than 200 comprehensive research profiles annually.

Eady earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Art History from LMU in 2013. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, playing tennis, skiing, painting, and fostering kittens.
