Kelsey Dewhurst ’17, Director, Volunteer Management

Kelsey Dewhurst joined University Advancement in 2017 and currently serves as director of volunteer management. In this role, she fosters meaningful connections between LMU’s board members and university leadership, overseeing the work of the LMU Board of Regents and collaborating with various boards and councils. Dewhurst leads efforts in board member engagement, recruitment, and orientation, working closely with university leaders to strengthen these essential volunteer networks.

Previously, Dewhurst was part of the Donor Relations and Stewardship team, where she managed annual stewardship and endowment reporting and organized scholarship events.

Dewhurst earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from LMU in 2017 and completed the Nonprofit Management certificate program through LMU Extension. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
