Jonathan Adrias, Senior Director of Development, LMU College of Business Administration

Jonathan Adrias joined University Advancement in 2024 as senior director of development for LMU College of Business Administration (CBA). Adrias is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive development plan to achieve the critical philanthropic goals of CBA and the university at large.

Adrias brings 12 years of experience in higher education, including positions in alumni relations and frontline fundraising. Prior to joining LMU, he served as director of development at another business school, the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where he raised funds for academic programs, student scholarships, and faculty support. Adrias also served as associate director of development at UCLA School of Nursing, where he oversaw aspects of annual giving and alumni relations.

Adrias holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy studies from CSUN. He enjoys spending time with his partner and their two dogs, playing beach volleyball, and re-energizing with camping trips.
