Isaac (ee-SAHK) Cardenas ’20 joined University Advancement as senior administrative coordinator for Board Relations in 2023. Cardenas is responsible for supporting the activities related to the Board of Trustees and the Board of Regents.
He comes to LMU from UCLA Health where he was a patient access representative assisting the emergency and admissions departments with patient registration and medical billing. Prior to this role, Cardenas served through the Mercy Volunteer Corps during his post-graduate service at ICA Cristo Rey Academy in San Francisco, CA and Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH.
He is a proud LMU Lion earning his Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies and currently working towards completing his Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology. In his spare time, Cardenas enjoys rollerblading and exploring new board games.
