Luke Wardour joined University Advancement in 2023 as a leadership giving officer. Bringing a year of experience in fundraising and educational sales, Wardour currently manages a portfolio that includes LMU Loyola Law School and LMU College of Business Administration donors.
Wardour comes to LMU from Winter4Kids, a youth development non-profit that teaches life skills to underserved youth through outdoor sports such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. There he managed a portfolio of donors, planned events, conducted donor research, and integrated Salesforce for gift-processing and acknowledgements. Prior to this, he spent a year teaching middle-school English and speech in Kinmen, Taiwan, through the Fulbright Program. On this small militarized territory, only a few miles from mainland China, Luke enjoyed playing badminton and ping-pong, organizing beach clean-ups, and scootering around the vibrant island.
Wardour earned a bachelor of arts in history from College of the Holy Cross. He believes deeply in the Jesuit tenet of being people for and with others. In his free time, he likes to run, watch soccer, and read history books.
