Ella O’Neill, Assistant Director, Donor Relations and Stewardship

As assistant director of donor relations and stewardship, Ella O’Neill is responsible for coordinating principal gift stewardship and various donor touchpoints. She originally joined University Advancement in 2021 as the senior communications coordinator for donor relations and stewardship.

O’Neill’s interest in advancement work began in college when she worked in Auburn University’s development office. Prior to joining LMU, she worked in early childhood education.

O’Neill earned a B.A. in history from Auburn University in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys finding new restaurants, playing board games with friends, and spending time with her cat, Phoebe.
