Director, Philanthropic Engagement
Rosa Conrad joined University Advancement as director of philanthropic engagement in 2022. Conrad brings eight years of experience in fundraising, with an emphasis in digital giving and engagement. In this role, Conrad is responsible for direct marketing solicitations, online giving strategies, and campus partnerships around annual giving.
Conrad comes to LMU from GiveCampus where she was the key support and strategist for the giving days, crowdfunding, volunteer management, and daily online giving programs for higher education and independent school institutions. Prior to this, she also worked at GoFundMe and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, focused on peer-to-peer marketing and fundraising. The thread through each piece has always been to make sure giving is joyful, fun, and, most of all, easy.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in public policy, management, and planning from the University of Southern California. In her free time, Conrad enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, trying every burrito in search of the best burrito on earth (although, she firmly believes she already found it at Burrito Express in Pasadena, CA), and watching re-runs of The West Wing. She’s also extremely proud to carry on a legacy of support for LMU in the path of her grandfather, Dr. William Fitzgerald ’48.
