Roberta Kuhlman joined University Advancement as the director of development for LMU College of Business Administration (CBA) in 2012. With more than 17 years of development experience in higher education, Roberta is responsible for major and principal gifts for the CBA by exploring donors’ passions and matching them with the college’s priorities.
She comes to LMU from UC Davis' Graduate School of Management where she was the director of development and alumni relations, acting as the executive director of the MBA Alumni Board and running the Business Partnership Program, in addition to overseeing the annual fund, class gift campaigns and individual giving. Prior to this, Kuhlman was a program and project manager for Levi Strauss & Co. and in retail management and buying before that.
She earned an MBA with an emphasis in business analysis from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in marketing from Fresno State University. In her free time, Kuhlman enjoys cooking vegetarian meals, reading, gardening and listening to podcasts. She is the proud mom of a 2018 LMU alumna.
