Senior Director of Development, College of Business Administration
Roberta Kuhlman joined University Advancement as the director of development for LMU College of Business Administration (CBA) in 2012. She brings 12 years of experience in development. As the senior director of development, Kuhlman is responsible for major gifts for the CBA, including identifying, cultivating and stewarding prospects and donors.
She comes to LMU from UC Davis' Graduate School of Management where she was the director of development and alumni relations, acting as the executive director of the MBA Alumni Board and running the Business Partnership Program, in addition to overseeing the annual fund, class gift campaigns and individual giving. Prior to this, Kuhlman was a program and project manager for Levi Strauss & Co. and in retail management and buying before that.
She earned an MBA with an emphasis in business analysis from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in marketing from Fresno State University. In her free time, Kuhlman enjoys cooking vegetarian meals, reading, gardening and listening to podcasts. She is the proud mom of a 2018 LMU alumna.
