Kristina Justiniano joined University Advancement in 2022 and serves as senior director of development for the LMU College of Communication and Fine Arts (CFA). Justiniano brings 10 years of experience in fundraising. As senior director of development, Justiniano is responsible for serving as the primary development officer for CFA, working in close collaboration with the dean, alumni, parents and civic partners to expand the impact of the school.
She comes to LMU from the Gasol Foundation where she served as the executive director, overseeing the nonprofit founded by NBA champion brothers, Pau and Marc Gasol. Prior to this, she served as chief development officer for the CLARE Foundation, director of business development at Magic Johnson Enterprises and started her career working in talent representation at leading talent agencies in Los Angeles.
She earned a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. In her free time, Justiniano enjoys staying active, spending time on the water and hanging out with her rescue pit bull, Charlie.
