Brad Watts
Associate Director, Philanthropic Outreach
Brad Watts joined University Advancement as associate director of philanthropic outreach in September 2022. He brings seven years of experience in annual giving. In this role, Watts is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the new multi-channel student outreach center. He will also manage a targeted portfolio of key leadership giving prospects.
Watts comes to LMU from his alma mater, Tuskegee University, where he operated as a database specialist and alumni engagement manager. Before this, Watts held positions in higher ed advancement with Ruffalo Noel Levitz and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Tuskegee University and a Master of Arts in integrated marketing communications from the University of West Alabama.
He is currently working on a Ph.D. in organization and management from Liberty University. In his free time, Watts likes to spend time with his family, travel, and learn new recipes.
