Women's Leadership Council

‌THANK YOU for visiting the Women's Leadership Council (WLC) of Loyola Marymount University website! The women of LMU embody the mission and the purpose of the University – fulfillment of the whole person. It was out of this Jesuit and Marymount spirit that the WLC was created. In 2006, WLC was launched in an effort to further advance the involvement and leadership of women across the university and in our communities. Since the time of our founding, we have made significant contributions to the William H. Hannon Library; the Peg Dolan, RSHM Campus Ministry Center; Heads UP; and LMU at 100 Centennial.

This is an exciting moment in LMU history as we celebrate and recognize the proud traditions of our women and the power of philanthropy.

Our council members share their personal and professional experiences to make significant contributions to the university. They also seek to help shape the future of LMU and to support its mission through increased engagement, leadership and visibility of women.

As WLC co-chairs, we look forward to providing stimulating events, networking opportunities and the chance to learn and support women and LMU. We'd like to thank our current members for their enthusiasm and generosity as we continue to build and grow this great program. It's been a great pleasure to serve YOU! If you're not a member, we invite you to learn more about the council and join a dynamic cohort of women today!
